December 10, 2000: Corsage, Bolanderi, and Kaffir become Clematis

December 10th found Geoffrey and I back up in Seabrook yet again. I'd gone up a few days earlier - Trevor had had a cancellation - and gotten the Corsage lily colored in.

Between then and the tenth, I'd been thinking about how lilies just don't seem to have enough color variety. You have your pinks, yellows, oranges and reds. Not much more than that. And this was making for a fairly orange arm, all in all.

First, the Corsage.
